Ryan Baldwin
Assistant Trainer

Ryan has been at AD Sport Horses since 2019. He grew up in Westchester County and began riding as a young child, gaining experience in the equitation, hunter, and jumper rings. Ryan earned top ribbons in the Medal Maclay and 1.30m level. His show record includes local shows, HITS, WEF, and Spruce Meadows. Before becoming a professional, Ryan built a solid foundation under the mentorship of Eric Hasbrouck and AD’s very own Angelo Danza. As a trainer, Ryan believes having an individualized approach geared to the rider’s goals and strengths is extremely important. Ryan enjoys working with riders of all ages as well as training young horses.

harrison thompson
Assistant Trainer

Harrison joined the AD Sport Horses team in 2022. He grew up in Los Angeles, California and began riding as a young teen in the hunters and equitation. Since becoming a professional, Harrison has traveled the world training and competing in Europe as well as throughout California, Wellington, and New York. Harrison has competed through the highest levels of showjumping at venues such as Fontainebleau, Paris, and Bordeaux. His passion lies in the training riders in order to reach their full potential. Harrison’s philosophy is that anyone can reach their riding goals with the correct training based on balance and quiet confidence.
